Anouk Janssens-Bevernage of Dynamind, NZ joins iCentro

A warm welcome to Anouk Janssens-Bevernage of Nez Zealand, originally from Belgium. She first came to my attention, when she connected with me via LinkedIn, to include me in on several bids for the United Nations' agencies. Bravo - an abundance mentality and open to possibilities....

Anouk is director of DynaMind Ltd. and has extensive experience in e-learning development and online training support in educational, corporate and development organizations in the Asia-Pacific, Africa, US/Canada, Europe and the Middle East.  She previously worked and lived in Africa (Zambia, Ivory Coast, Zimbabwe and Kenya) for fifteen years as an economist/educationist before moving to New Zealand in 2005. During this time Anouk has worked for the International Labour Organization and UNDP/UNIFEM, as well as for bilateral donors. She has been involved in training design and delivery for the past twenty years and was an early adopter and promoter of Moodle and other open source technologies in the projects she managed.

Anouk has completed Masters Degrees in both Economic Sciences and Business Administration in her native Belgium. As her career interests evolved toward adult education and e-learning, she obtained tertiary qualifications in these fields from universities in South Africa and the UK.

She has always been passionate about training and adult education and has build a great reputation on making e-learning as engaging and inspiring as the most successful face-to-face  event. Anouk is particularly interested in the way new technologies enable people to learn together in virtual communities. Apart from the obvious benefit of being a highly efficient means of delivering education and training, this process has the added advantage of promoting a culture of international teamwork and collaboration.
