Privacy Policy

By "personal information", we mean information that allows someone to identify you, such as your name, telephone number or address. There are several cases on iCentro where we collect personal information:

  • Email Alerts. When you sign up for an e-mail notification, we use your e-mail address only to notify you when we have news of interest including opportunities for generating revenue. We have a strict no-spamming policy that our members agree to adhere to.
  • Contacting Us. When you contact us, either online or otherwise, we may ask for personal information (such as your name, phone number or email address) so that we can respond on a timely and appropriate basis.  
  • Buying a Membership and/or Products. When you purchase a Membership and/or Products using our automated order form, we store information about your selections so that information from one page can be passed to the next page on the order form. We use PayPal as our  secure e-commerce system. Your credit card and payment information is secured privately on the PayPal e-commerce system, not on our servers.
  • Server Logs & Browser Information. When you use iCentro’s websites, our servers (and third-party sites that host our servers) may collect automated information about your visit. This includes network information such as your IP address, the time of your visit and the type of browser used. We use this information to ensure that all features of our site work

iCentro does not disclose your personal information to any other parties in the ordinary course. In some cases, however, we may be legally required to disclose personal information under court order to a government authority or third-party. If iCentro is acquired by another company, the successor organization shall be bound by this privacy policy in respect of any personal information then in our possession.

Portions of our website use Google Analytics, a widely used web analysis tool provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are small text files placed on your computer, to help website owners analyze how visitors use their site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to, and stored by, Google on servers in the United States of America. Google compiles this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, assembling reports on website activity for us and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google does not associate your IP address (or other personally identifiable information) with any other data held by Google. You may block the use of cookies by choosing the appropriate settings in your browser preferences; if you do this, however, you may not be able to access all the features of this website. By using iCentro, you consent to the processing of data about your use of our site by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out in this paragraph.

While your personal information is in our possession, we take all measures that are commercially practicable to protect it from theft and unauthorized access. Our servers use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to guard against unauthorized administrative access. You should be aware, however, that no website can guarantee complete security. Our policy is to store the minimum personal information required for the briefest time possible.
